01What it does
Microsoft-published federated (connector-based) connector for Microsoft 365 Copilot. Lets Copilot in chat, Excel, and the Researcher agent fetch live Canva data at query time without indexing it into Microsoft 365. Also available as a connected app for Gemini. Also available as a connector for Grok.
02How to connect
Copilot
Admin: Microsoft 365 admin center > Copilot connectors > Your connections > enable the Canva connector (Microsoft-published connectors are on by default; admins get a 7-day review window). User: open Sources in the Researcher agent or deep-research mode in Microsoft 365 Copilot chat and sign in with your own Canva credentials when prompted.
Gemini
Open the Gemini mobile app or gemini.google.com and ask Gemini to create a design or edit in Canva (mention @Canva). Accept the connect prompt and link your Canva account to your Google Account. Requires personal Google Account, English, and Keep Activity on.
Grok
1. Go to grok.com/connectors. 2. Click New Connector and select Canva. 3. Sign in with OAuth. Catalog connector endpoint: https://mcp.canva.com/mcp
