Customer.io's official connector connects your messaging workspace to AI tools over OAuth. You can generate segments from real customer attributes, inspect profiles, read campaign delivery metrics, and manage automations and one-time sends through natural language. Reads and writes are separate tools, so you can let the AI read freely while requiring approval for changes.

Claude

Ask your Customer.io account admin to turn on connector in Settings, then add the Customer.io connector in Claude and sign in with your Customer.io login.

ChatGPT

Ask your admin to enable connector, then install the Customer.io plugin in ChatGPT and sign in with your Customer.io login.
