01What it does
Claude's official Google Calendar connector can search your events, check availability, find free time, create and update events, and respond to invitations. Also available as a Microsoft-published connector for Microsoft 365 Copilot. Also available as a connector for Perplexity.
02How to connect
Claude
In Claude, open Connectors, add Google Calendar, and sign in with your Google account.
Copilot
Admin: Microsoft 365 admin center > Copilot connectors > Your connections > enable the Google Calendar connector. User: open Sources in the Researcher agent or deep-research mode in Microsoft 365 Copilot chat and sign in with your Google account when prompted.
Perplexity
In Perplexity, open Settings (or Computer) > Connectors, select Gmail / Google Calendar, and complete the OAuth flow granting calendar permissions (view/edit events, view availability). The connector then appears on the prompt bar and is usable by Computer and Scheduled Tasks.
