01What it does

PagerDuty's official hosted connector lets Claude list and inspect incidents, view services and escalation policies, and check on-call schedules. The local server ships read-only by default and unlocks write actions with an explicit flag. Authentication uses your PagerDuty user API token or OAuth.

In Claude, add a custom connector with the PagerDuty connector URL from PagerDuty's docs, then authenticate with your PagerDuty account.
