ShopBack for Muse

01What it does

ShopBack announced on October 28, 2026 that it now connects to Muse, Meta's personal AI agent, as one of its early local connector partners in Singapore. Members in Singapore who connect their ShopBack account can ask Muse to plan trips, compare shopping and travel options with Cashback included, time purchases, and find in-store dining deals, including via ShopBack Pay. Muse compares options across ShopBack's merchants and brand partners, flags Cashback conditions such as incompatible promo codes, and hands over a tracked link to book, or completes a booking or purchase with the member's approval. Purchases are made with the merchant and Cashback is credited to the member's ShopBack account once confirmed.
