01What it does
Coveo is an enterprise search and relevance platform whose hosted connector (mcp.cloud.coveo.com/mcp) exposes secure, permission-aware search over Salesforce, Confluence, Zendesk, SharePoint, and other business content. Coveo ships a prebuilt connector for Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and a Coveo agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot, so Copilot agents can retrieve grounded enterprise knowledge through connector.
02How to connect
Copilot
In Copilot Studio, open your agent's Tools page, click Add a tool, choose connector standard, and select Coveo from the available connector connectors. Create a connection and sign in to your Coveo organization, then add and configure the tool. For Microsoft 365 Copilot, add the Coveo agent from the Copilot Agent Store and mention @Coveo in a conversation.
