01What it does
Gorgias' official connector app lets your AI assistant read and analyze helpdesk tickets, post internal notes, reply to customers, and update ticket status and priority. It is a hosted remote connector at mcp.gorgias.com, so you just add the URL in your AI client and sign in with your Gorgias account. Currently in beta.
02How to connect
Claude
In Claude Desktop go to Customize > Connectors > Add custom connector and paste https://mcp.gorgias.com/mcp, then click Connect and sign in with your Gorgias account. On Claude Code, run the one-line mcp add command from Gorgias' docs and authenticate in your browser.
ChatGPT
Add https://mcp.gorgias.com/mcp as a custom connector in ChatGPT's settings, then sign in with your Gorgias account when prompted.
