01What it does
Perplexity's Intercom connector lets Computer search Intercom conversations and contacts — retrieving customer data, support tickets, and user profiles, e.g. pulling conversation history for a customer or summarizing recurring support themes.
02How to connect
Perplexity
In Perplexity, open Computer > Connectors, click Enable next to Intercom, and authenticate your Intercom workspace via OAuth. The connector can then be used in Computer conversations and Scheduled Tasks.
