01What it does
Claude's Microsoft 365 connector lets Claude read your Teams channel and chat discussions, send chat and channel messages, and review meeting information. ChatGPT offers a Teams app that can search and reference your chats. Requires a work or school Microsoft account; personal accounts are not supported. Also available as a connector for Perplexity. Also available as a connector for Grok.
02How to connect
Claude
In Claude, go to Customize > Connectors, find Microsoft 365, click Connect, and sign in with your work or school Microsoft account. Sending messages may need admin approval.
ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, open the apps directory, add the Teams app, and sign in with your work Microsoft account.
Perplexity
In Perplexity, open Computer > Connectors, click Enable next to Microsoft Teams, and authenticate your Microsoft 365 account via OAuth. The connector can then be used in Computer conversations and Scheduled Tasks.
Grok
1. Go to grok.com/connectors. 2. Click New Connector and select Microsoft Teams. 3. Complete the OAuth sign-in flow. For Grok Business/Enterprise, a team admin must first provision the connector in the cloud console.
