01What it does
Claude's Microsoft 365 connector lets Claude search your Outlook email threads, manage drafts, send mail, and handle calendar events. ChatGPT offers an Outlook Email app for searching and referencing your mailbox. Both require a work or school Microsoft account; personal outlook.com accounts are not supported.
02How to connect
Claude
In Claude, go to Customize > Connectors, find Microsoft 365, click Connect, and sign in with your work or school Microsoft account. Your admin may need to approve it first.
ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, open the apps directory, add Outlook Email, and sign in with your work Microsoft account.
