Zendesk announced its official connector on May 19, 2026 at Relate: it connects Zendesk tickets, knowledge, and customer data to external AI platforms. As of September 2026 it is in early preview with general availability still rolling out, so community servers remain the only usable option today — but the official server is coming from Zendesk itself.
